The attached performas are used by Hartlepool Borough Council to assess the content of transport statements (TS), transport assessments (TA) and travel plans (TP) for approval as part of the planning process.

Developers and/or their consultants are encouraged to use these proformas for guidance in the development of their TS, TA and TP.
